    In 2021 we calculated our first CO2 baseline for 2020, which we updated this year for 2021, covering scope 1, 2 and 3. This process addressed several of the topics above, and identified areas of most impact for future focus and action. Concrete actions was initiated in 2021, based on the findings from the CO2 report, specifically related to emission from materials use. We are continuing to follow up on these initiatives in 2022.

    Compliance programme being developed/implemented. Anti-corruption is already covered under our overall Sustainability Policy, and addressed in our Code of Conduct. Furthermore, the UNGP/OECD impact-assessment includes 16 questions of anti-corruption, to prevent/mitigate negative impacts. Whistleblower System will play an important part in this, in progress. Once management system is implemented, we expect it to support our work towards responsible conduct in this area.

Sustainability Policy and Code of Conduct for Business Relationships developed, both including anti-corruption, publicly available on our website: https://contour-design.co.uk/csr Due Diligence is done through impact assessment, aligned with UNGP/OECD, and covers 48 human rights (including labor rights), 20 environment and 16 anti-corruption. First assessment performed in head office Denmark 2021, plan to perform in factory in China in 2022, and continously follow up with remaining offices. Whistleblower system being developed through 3rd party, to improve availability of potential incident reporting from internal and external stakeholders.
