Optional commentOur CEO annually makes a public letter in our sustainability report that mentions her commitment with the sustainable development of our company and the impact of our business in the communities where we operate. We regularly make and monitor a risk matrix being our CEO part of this process. Year after year the anticorruption policy is revised and validated. This policy is also published in our intranet and we take actions to raise awareness on the importance of this policy for the entire internal staff through internal communications2. Optional commentWe have a risk matrix that includes 200 controls and covers risks from all the areas of our company and includes related publics (suppliers, clients, competitors, employees, government). Regarding suppliers, we have specific controls regarding sectors. They also have to be registered on our website (extranet) where they include self information and accept our policies. Providers that receive, have access or process in any way personal information have to be registered also in a platform called One Trust to be able to work with Randstad.6.1. Optional commentWe have an irregularity report channel. Complaints received are treated confidentially by a Local Integrity Officer directly with our CEO to a rapid answer and resolution.
