    Le groupe Razel-Bec comporte : - Un comité de Direction (CODIR) - Un comité Opérationnel (COP) chargé de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle. La Direction Générale de l’entreprise veille à ce que nos comportements au quotidien soient strictement conformes aux principes énoncés sans ambiguïté dans nos valeurs, notre Charte Éthique et Code de Conduite Éthique. - Le déploiement de la politique éthique et conformité reste initié par la Direction Juridique & Assurances (DJA) sous le pilotage d’un Comité Éthique nouvellement créé. Ce Comité Éthique dont le fonctionnement est encadré par un Règlement Intérieur (RI), est composé de trois personnes : Le Directeur des Ressources Humaines Groupe, le Directeur Juridique & Assurances Groupe (en qualité de Référent Éthique) et un responsable opérationnel (le Directeur « Algérie »). Les membres du Comité Éthique se réunissent régulièrement. - L'entreprise s'est dotée d'outils de veille (droits du travail, HSE, ...) et d'analyse de risques. - L’ensemble de la documentation relative aux engagements éthiques du groupe est disponible et consultable sur l’intranet du Groupe Razel-Bec. Ces documents s’appliquent à toutes les sociétés du groupe et à tous ses collaborateurs qui sont personnellement tenus de s’y conformer. - Un comité RSE est chargé par le Comité de Direction d'animer la démarche RSE. Le Directeur 3SEQ anime la démarche. - L'entreprise suit des indicateurs et rédige un rapport annuel de performance extra-financière ou RSE (ESG). - L'entreprise a mis en place une cartographie des risques et des outils appropriés de suivi. - Le sujet RSE fait partie intégrante de la revue de direction de l'entreprise. - Un poste de direction des relations sociales a été créé il y a quelques années pour accompagner le dialogue sociale dans l'entreprise.

    Razel-Bec est adhérente au global compact depuis avril 2018 et depuis publie sa communication sur le progrès. Cette année encore Razel-Bec renouvelle son engagement au Global Compact des Nations-Unis. Engagement à prendre en compte et diffuser, sur l’ensemble de nos entités et métiers, les principes fondamentaux du Pacte Mondial des Nations-Unis. Razel-Bec publie son rapport annuel RSE sous l'angle des ODD. (joint Rapport annuel 2020 - Rapport 2021 en cours de publication) Au printemps 2022, Razel-bec a vu son engagement RSE, reconnu par ses pairs au travers de l'obtention du Label RSE des TP au niveau Avancé par la fédération nationale des travaux publics (FNTP ).
