    En Scania Argentina trabajamos continuamente para brindar a los colaboradores una mayor oferta de aprendizaje y entrenamiento. Es por ello que lanzamos nuevas plataformas de aprendizaje y cursos e-learnings, alcanzando un total de tres portales de aprendizaje: MyCompass-Cornerstone; SLXP-Degreed y LinkedIn Learning Portal. - New Leadership model: El modelo de Liderazgo de Scania existe para que los líderes comprendan con mayor facilidad lo que se espera de ellos y también para introducir mejores maneras de trabajar para poder cumplir con futuras demandas. El mismo se encuentra alineado a nuestros principios de Liderazgo - Top Executive Program: programa dirigido a ejecutivos para aprender más sobre cómo conducir el cambio y continuar desarrollando la organización en base a las metas 2025 y su rol en ese camino. - Portal de Desarrollo disponible en nuestra intranet, donde nuestros colaboradores pueden acceder a distintas herramientas de desarrollo de los nuevos skills necesarios para gestionar un equipo o para ser efectivo trabajando de manera remota. - En Scania, la diversidad en una de nuestras prioridades estratégicas.     Scania Argentina siguió promoviendo sus tecnologías de transporte a GNC y biogás porque permiten la reducción del impacto ambiental en hasta 20% y 90% respectivamente versus las tecnologías diesel. Esto incluye la permanente búsqueda de articulación con todos los actores involucrados en el sistema energético y de transporte a nivel local. A nivel de gestión interna, se continúan realizando esfuerzos para contribuir a los objetivos basados en la ciencia asumidos por Scania a nivel global. Un ejemplo claro de ello es la continuación del inventario de emisiones locales de Scope 1 & 2. Con respecto a la cadena de valor, en el ejercicio reportado Scania comenzó a evaluar a sus proveedores estratégicos en todas las dimensiones de la sustentabilidad, a través de la plataforma global NQC Supplier Assessment.

    La innovación en Scania se centra principalmente en el avance de soluciones de transporte bajas en carbono. Esto implica una inversión significativa en soluciones de transporte sustentables que son viables en la actualidad, como trenes de potencia eficientes, accionados por combustibles alternativos y/o renovables. En paralelo, se continuó trabajando en la articulación con todos los actores del ecosistema de transporte, incluyendo transportistas, dadores de carga, infraestructura y entes reguladores para promover las tecnologías a GNC y biogás, considerando la matriz energética local, así como la infraestructura de carga disponible en el territorio nacional. En el ejercicio de reporte, se avanzó en el plan trianual de inversión en la planta de Tucumán para la producción de las nuevas cajas de cambio que disminuyen el peso total de los vehículos y permiten hasta un ahorro del 2% en el consumo de combustible. A nivel emisiones de scope 1&2, Scania Argentina continuó consolidando su inventario local para seguir buscando soluciones que aporten a los Objetivos Basados en la Ciencia comprometidos a nivel global. Cabe destacar que en el año en curso se consumió 92% de la energía proveniente de fuentes renovables, gracias al acuerdo firmado en 2020.

    En 2021, además de las capacitaciones anuales, se celebró la Semana de la Integridad.
