    Durante el período se desarrolló un manual de convivencia que fue consensuado y sociabilizado en toda la organización, se generó un plan de capacitación que se encuentra bajo revisión periódica de avance de cumplimiento, se implementaron charlas de clima laboral. Se desarrolló un sistema propio de rrhh (base de datos de nuestros empleados con acceso a sus datos laborales digitalmente). Se implementó un programa de pausas activas. Se trabajó con proveedores para brindar almuerzos con dietas saludables. Todos los empleados reciben ropa de trabajo, elementos de protección personal y capacitación de acuerdo a la evaluación de riesgos asociados a sus tareas. Se realizó una jornada de integración con el fin de fomentar un buen clima laboral entre los empleados. Se actualizaron las descripciones de puestos de trabajo. Se conformó un comité de disciplina. Se implementaron mejoras como compostaje de residuos provenientes de comedor y se encuentra en curso la instalación de un equipo biodigestor en parque. En el Centro Interactivo Ambiental WINTI, que funciona en el predio del parque eólico, se brindó capacitación sobre reciclaje a aprox. 4500 visitantes en el período informado. Se han articulado programa como "Mi Grado Recicla", donde se capacita e incentiva a que las escuelas implementen programas de reciclados y se colabora en la articulación del reciclaje de los mismos. Se trabaja con proveedores para el desarrollo de productos como por ejemplo cestos de residuos construidos con materiales reciclados.

    Actualmente la empresa envía información a los distintos organismos o entidades que aplican la normativa de la UIF (Unidad de Información Financiera es el organismo estatal argentino encargado del análisis, el tratamiento y la transmisión de información a los efectos de prevenir e impedir el lavado de activos provenientes de una serie de delitos graves dependiente del Ministerio de Economía de la Nación). , con respecto al origen de fondos.
