    Se ha capacitado a todo el personal en temas de seguridad, en las reuniones de Gemba se comparte el "Credo de Seguridad" con todos los participantes, que dice: "Me siento orgulloso de ser parte de la Familia ZUBEX, y por eso voy a prevenir riesgos y peligros en mi persona y a mis compañeros, predicando con el ejemplo y viviendo los comportamientos seguros. No realizaré acciones temerarias y actos inseguros que destruyan un hogar que espera mi regreso. Así como ingrese a ZUBEX “sano y salvo” regresaré de la misma forma a mi hogar, con la satisfacción de haber cumplido con mi día laboral “Nada es tan importante, ni tan urgente que no se pueda hacer con seguridad” También se ha arrancado con Zubex University como iniciativa de formación en todos los sentidos, se ha reforzado el tema de los derechos humanos, laborales y de asociación, dentro de muchos otros.
