Optional commentThe Impact team in charge of addressing sustainable developpment targets/projects is reporting directly to the CEO of the Davidson. Every week there is a meeting will all other associates when we present and validate our projects/targets. We do care of our own practices but also to the ones of our thirds parties, such as suppliers and recently customers : for instance we ask to our independants to calculate and controle their Carbon footprint (we have developped a tool for that). Plus we have started to choose our customers and to refuse thoses who may not respect our ethics code of conducts (eg: when we carry out a mission for a client, we consider that we contribute to its success and we therefore indirectly bear some responsibility. Thus, we examine the impact of the missions when we prospect or respond to calls for tenders. Concretly, Each one undertakes in particular to refuse to work on missions that are likely to harm the general interest according to B Lab Standard, such as weapons design, pornography and illegal or phased-out products.)3.
