    Every year at our global headquarters in Japan, we conduct training on the Shiseido Code of Conduct and Ethics, and/or related policies and rules. This takes place through various internal programs, such as position-specific training, in order to promote a better understanding of ethical behavior among employees. In Japan, for the purpose of enlightening human rights, we will conduct self-awareness training for unconscious bias, which is the source of all discrimination, from 2022.

    We disclosed the results of our qualitative and quantitative analysis of climate-related risks and opportunities in our TCFD report. And we received certification from the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi). In 2022, we participated in RE100.
