Des réunions exceptionnelles en cas de projet majeur d’entreprises en fonction des domaines et expertises. Mise en place de 2 référentes sexisme. Sur les dossiers disciplinaires, accompagnement des managers par le département des Ressources Humaines en amont et en aval des procédures. pour faire respecter les droits de chacun. L’entreprise s’informe & se forme notamment à travers des conférences & des formations sur le droit du travail. Elle respecte les lois en matière de droit du travail & de dialogue social. Elle négocie les accords d’entreprise comme l’égalité Femmes/Hommes, les Négociations Annuelles Obligatoires ou encore l’accord Horaires de travail.
