Optional commentA strategic CSR committee has been set up at the Galapagos Gourmet level. Its role is to set the global strategy, to drive the dynamics within the different entities, to support the teams and to allocate resources. Each of our entities - Loc Maria Biscuits, Biscuits Fossier, Le Pivert - has created its own CSR steering committee to develop and manage the approach internally, to structure it and to bring it to life.Prevention

Overall Environment
21. Briefly describe practical actions the company has taken during the reporting period and/or plans to take to implement the environment principles, including any challenges faced and actions taken towards prevention and/or remediation.
Concerning products, which represent the most important impact, Galapagos Gourmet has taken actions to assure durable and local sourcing of agricultural raw materials : nearly 70 % is local and approximately 30 % coming from fair or durable sectors. Different actions have also been operated to reduce packagings, to substitute plastics in packagings, to introduce recycled plastics in it and to make them more recyclables. Le Pivert is experimenting environmental labelling on its product (27 products labelled A on the Planet Score (A french methodology for environnental information print on the product label). Concerning installations and organizations, Galapagos Gourmet has taken initiatives to measure and reduce the energy consumption of its sites (Loc Maria Biscuits of Lanvallay is certified ISO 14 001 and a strategy of energy consumption reduction has started). The site of Loc Maria Biscuits from Lanvallay products also 84 580 kWh of green energy thanks to solar pannels and has signed agreements to be supplied with green electricity on two of its sites. Another subsidiary, Mademoiselle de Margaux, has installed a new cooling unit with heat recovery, while Biscuits Fossier has switched to Led lighting.Anti-corruption

An ethical charter created at the level of the Galapagos Gourmet group includes a section on purchasing. Signed by the buyers, it is also signed by the suppliers of raw materials, with whom the approach is shared. 55 suppliers of the subsidiary Loc Maria Biscuits, for example, have signed this charter.
