En el año 2021 se lanzó nuestro plan futuro sostenible 2022-2025 en donde nos hemos trazado metas dentro del Eje Planeta, en donde abordamos los temas de cambio climático (medición huella de carbono), gestión de residuos y Co-productos, gestión agua, eficiencia energética y energía renovable. Los cuales buscan mitigar y reducir los impactos ambientales de nuestra operaciones a través de la implementación de buenas prácticas que permitan alcanzar el propósito de AG "Trasformar el presente en el futuro que todos soñamos".Anti-corruption

Durante el período 2021 se mantuvo el sistema de gestión antisoborno, auditado por Aenor concluyendo con resultaos satisfactorios, durante este período se Involucró al liderazgo en la comunicación interna, se incluyo como parte del proceso de formación y concientización un webinar dirigido por abogado externo dirigido a todos los colaboradores con énfasis en las implicaciones legales del soborno, se identificaron 24 procesos con riesgos de soborno, se llevo a cabo la primera evaluación de eficacia de controles obteniendo una calificación de 98pts, Adicional se logro la participación en 4 eventos externos, con el objetivo de dar conocer nuestra experiencia con la implementación del SGAS (ISO 37001) Para el presente año nuestros esfuerzos se centra en la formación del 100% de los colaboradores, equipo ejecutivo y miembros del órgano de gobierno en temas de ética, cumplimiento y practicas antisoborno.
