Aconcagua has developed and implemented Corporate policies, such as: i) HR Policy, ii) Salary Policy for Employees under Union Agreements and Non Union Employees, iii) Labor Coexistence Protocol, iv) Environment, Safety, Occupational Health and Quality Policy, v) Code of Ethics and Conduct for Employees and Suppliers or Contractors, and vi) Corporate Governance Policy, among others. Also has implemented monthly monitoring meetings, quarterly and annual results which continuous improvement processes are monitored and implemented to mitigate risks, improve, correct processes and deviations.Environment

The Company has included in its policy, protocols and code of ethics and conduct sufficient actions to keep the anti-corruption principle monitored. Each employee adheres and signs the code of ethics, policies, etc. They have been published on the web, intranet and extranet, with direct access to employees, customers and suppliers. Also, Internal and external complaint channels are enabled, such as the Ethical Line direct (Telephone), and mail.
