El programa general de inducción para cualquier colaborador o colaboradora incluye la cultura organizacional. Durante las labores generales de los hoteles, se organizan eventos promoviendo la cultura local de cada destino en donde se tiene negocio. Una vez al mes se realiza un evento de promoción gastronómica de alguna región del país, con música típica, ropas típicas y explicaciones sobre la cultura de la zona. También se cuenta con medidas para que los colaboradores y colaboradoras puedan participar o mantener su cultura mientras ejecutan sus funciones dentro de los hoteles. Se monitorean los indicadores ambientales de forma mensual, se aplican medidas de ahorro de agua y eficiencia energética en las unidades de negocio, se han aplicado medidas para protección de recursos marinos, específicamente tortugas marinas a través de dos campamentos tortugueros registrados ante la Dirección General de Vida Silvestre; se aplica un calendario ambiental con capacitaciones y entrenamientos, así como actividades tanto para colaboradores como clientes; se han reforzado alianzas con instancias certificadoras, con comités (AliaRSE por Quintana Roo, Comité estatal de protección a la tortuga marina, etc); continua el proceso de manejo de residuos, en el cual se separan residuos reciclables y se manejan de forma separada para ser incorporados nuevamente en ciclos, aplicando medidas de economía circular; se establecen metas anuales ligadas a los indicadores de desempeño de los directores y gerentes generales de los hoteles. En la compañía se realizan controles y seguimiento a la aplicación de Políticas Internas. Se realizan auditorías internas al área de finanzas y contraloría para identificar que la operación de los mismos sea acorde con la ley. Se realizaron mejoras en los sistemas operativos con módulos para incrementar la seguridad cibernética a través de firewalls y capacitación para colaboradoras y colaboradores.
