Por ejemplo, a partir de las evaluaciones médicas laborales, se detectaron varios de casos de hipertensión y sobrepeso, lo que motivó el inicio de capacitaciones sobre salud y hábitos alimenticios. Más allá de la selección de este tema, actualmente, se está trabajando de modo participativo en la identificación de los asuntos relevantes en materia de Derechos Humanos desde el reciente Comité de Debida Diligencia creado este año (punto mencionado en sección "Gobernanza"). – Regarding "Health and Safety at Work", the company is addressing this topic in several ways.     La empresa ha implementado diversas acciones, entre ellas: equiparación de remuneraciones y beneficios entre convenios a fin de suavizar las deferencias; implementación de un premio a la productividad ligado a la presencialidad; entrega de productos médicos de prevención; controles médicos en domicilio extendido a familiares. Además, este año, la empresa participa del Programa "Target Gender Equality" organizado por Pacto Global a los fines de seguir trabajando en pos de la igualdad de género internamente.
