At a group level, the women@leyton comittee defined taskforces and an action plan approved by the board (HR processes, talent management and monitoring) to avoid discriminations linked to the gender. There was also an audit and action plan regarding employees with handicap. In the course of the reporting period, the company has been concerned by sanitory governemental autorities regulations, which led to an action plan to face the covid crisis. In the same time, we published a HSE policy in order to provide a common framework in terms of occupational safety and health. We dit not provide remedy in the fields of freedom of association, labor force and child labor because it does not appear as material issues for the company due to our location and business.Environment

Overall Environment

During the reporting period, the company realised a mobility diagnostic which led to an action plan. In 2021, we launched it with the implementation of the mobility ticket. We also initiated a Green IT policy. In this context, we recycle 100% of our IT equipment. We also audited our coding methods to apply the Green Patterns requirements. The french R&D department developed new products aiming to improve the waste management of our clients in alignement with new environmental regulations. We also started to develop a new offer, "low carbon".Anti-corruption
