Generar capacitaciones en materia de derechos laborales, seguir asistiendo a capacitaciones sobre el tema, seguir aportando desde la mesa de Derechos Humanos de Pacto, cumpliendo con la política de Triple Impacto, realizando un reporte anual BIC, implementando consideraciones del Modelo MIG SCORE de la OIT en la Organización. Sin embargo, los desafíos que tenemos, es que al ser constituida como una microempresa el proceso para atender reclamos al respecto es informal, puesto que no amerita tener un comité o contar con el apoyo externo (por recursos) para atender el tema. Sin embargo, estamos en el trabajo de entender cómo actúan las microempresa para implementar y cumplir con los derechos laborales y poder orientarnos con su ejemplo.Environment

Hemos venido trabajando en el último año con una de nuestras consultoras aliadas (HSEQ) en prácticas ambientales, con el fin de que nos oriente y podamos tomar acción para poder entender mejor nuestra conexión e impacto con ODS y con esta dimensión de BIC. Iniciamos desde el año anterior a trabajar desde casa, implementamos las prácticas ambientales desde nuestros hogares y dentro de estas ejecutamos las siguientes: Clasificación de basuras (reciclable y no reciclable); reutilización de envases plásticos; en la medida de lo posible, utilizar envases de vidrio; destruir y limpiar muy bien las basuras/empaques que puedan ocasionar daños a los animalitos (latas, tapabocas, etc); evitar el uso de pitillos desechables, evitar el uso de bolsas plásticas para oficios diferentes a la recolección de basuras; reutilizar las bolsas de alimentos empacados para organizar los cárnicos en el refrigerador; recolección del agua de la lavadora, de la ducha, del lavaplatos, la alberca y utilizarla para otros oficios; uso de bombillos ahorradores; mantener apagadas las luces que no se estén utilizando; desconectar los electrodomésticos que no estén en uso; apagar celulares y computadores corporativos cuando no se está en jornada laboralAnti-corruption

Contamos con un código de conducta que se encuentra en la Política Triple Impacto y demuestra el compromiso de la empresa con implementar acciones anticorruptivas, seguir asistiendo a sesiones especialmente de Pacto Global que nos enseña a enfrentarnos ante la corrupción y desarrollar buenas prácticas y posiblemente implementaremos un programa interno en el futuro para prevenir y actuar frente a situaciones corruptivas.
