Optional commentHemos puesto especial atención en las selecciones de nuevo personal que hemos realizado, tratando de dar importancia a los siguientes temas: Personas con habilidades diferentes (nos anotamos a un programa a donde enviamos nuestras vacantes, y en caso de haber candidatos con alguna habilidad diferente que pueda cubrirlo, nos envían los datos e ingresan al proceso de selección). Incorporación de más mujeres al equipo: hemos buscado que el equipo sea más paritario, ya que mayoritariamente estaba compuesto por hombres, aplicando criterios de discriminación positiva en el último paso del proceso de selección.
