BIC ha diseñado un plan de capacitación, para efectos de sensibilizar a sus colaboradores sobre la importancia del respeto de los derechos humanos y así mismo, ha establecido un mecanismo idóneo para que quien tenga conocimiento de una conducta que transgreda la Política de Derechos Humanos de la Empresa, pueda denunciar a través de la línea de transparencia.Labour

La empresa ha diseñado un plan de capacitación, para efectos de sensibilizar a sus colaboradores y directivos sobre la relevancia del respeto de los derechos laborales de los colaboradores y así mismo, ha establecido diferentes canales de denuncia como la línea de transparencia y el Comité de Convivencia, para que quien tenga conocimiento de una conducta que transgreda los derechos labores enunciados, pueda denunciarlo y de esta manera proceder a implementar las acciones correctivas a que haya lugar. Es importante destacar el trabajo que ha realizado La Empresa en materia de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo. En 2021, diseñó la estrategia de vacunación contra el Covid 19 para 58% de los empleados. En total, entre el Plan Nacional de Gobierno y el Programa de Vacunación de Empresas del Sector Privado se logró una cobertura de inmunización con esquema completo del 89% de los empleados. Así mismo, durante el 2021, la empresa siguió trabajando en el “Programa Saludarte”, el cual ha estado orientado a la creación de la cultura de autocuidado y a promover programas de prevención de accidentes y enfermedades laborales. Se fortaleció el programa de medicina preventiva, con el ánimo de conocer el estado de salud actual de los colaboradores y generar planes de concientización y prevención en salud. Para todo lo anterior, se contó con el acompañamiento de la ARL Sura, quien certificó el cumplimiento del 95,5% en la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Salud y Seguridad en el trabajo.Environment

La empresa está comprometida con la respuesta a los retos globales de desarrollo sostenible a través de su portafolio de negocios, una operación ecoeficiente y un modelo de operación que transforma vidas. Por lo anterior, la empresa diseñó una estrategia que innova con una respuesta responsable a los retos vinculados a la sostenibilidad ambiental: el cambio climático, la economía circular y la contribución con las ciudades sostenibles, a través de: - Planes de protección ambiental - Estrategia de carbono neutralidad - Producción, reciclaje, reutilización y circulación de residuos - Instalación de puntos ecológicos en las sedes corporativas - Reutilización del agua en zonas de lavado - Visión de ser pioneros en soluciones integrales de movilidad sostenible Así mismo, enfocó sus esfuerzos en gestionar los objetivos trazados en relación con el desarrollo sostenible. En el año 2021, realizó por primera vez el cálculo de la huella de carbono corporativa, obteniendo como resultado que la mayor representatividad de los GEI que emite La Empresa corresponde a CO2 como producto del uso de combustibles fósiles y el consumo de energía eléctrica, generados principalmente por la demanda que requieren las instalaciones para su operación. Una vez cuantificada la emisión de gases de efecto invernadero, esta fue verificada por parte del ente certificador Bureau Veritas bajo la norma ISO 14064. La Compañía mitigó las emisiones de su operación introduciendo al mercado un portafolio de vehículos que no producen emisiones, con baterías ecosostenibles y sustituyó las luminarias en sus principales sedes y talleres por LED, reduciendo el consumo por punto en 40% y los costos de mantenimiento a una sexta parte. Adicionalmente, neutralizó totalmente las 721,50 toneladas de gases de efecto invernadero residuales de su operación, por lo cual la prestigiosa certificadora belga Bureau Veritas acreditó a Motorysa como una organización Carbono-Neutral.Anti-corruption

La empresa cuenta con el Código de Conducta Empresarial y el Programa Anticorrupción, los cuales tienen como propósito generar valor a la Empresa y propender porque cualquier relación y/o cualquier actuación de la sociedad se fomente con integridad, transparencia, ética y honestidad por parte de Directores, Accionistas, Empleados, Administradores, Socios de negocios y Aliados comerciales para garantizar la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de los negocios. En ese sentido, con el propósito de construir un marco de operaciones justas, la Empresa declara su compromiso de cero tolerancia frente a los sobornos gubernamentales y comerciales de cualquier grado o nivel, bajo los siguientes principios: 1. El compromiso contra la corrupción en todas sus formas, entre ellas, el cohecho, la extorsión, el soborno, el peculado, la colusión, el fraude, el tráfico de influencias y la obstrucción a la justicia además de otros delitos conexos o conductas comerciales ilegítimas; 2. La responsabilidad de tomar acciones específicas para el fortalecimiento y/o implementación de evaluaciones de riesgo de corrupción y de programas efectivos de mitigación de la corrupción y en favor de la transparencia al interior de las empresas.
