OneTrust is in the process of establishing its systems to monitor and address Human Rights issues. Specifically, we have developed our Human Rights policy and communicated it widely, and we are in the process of developing our internal training program, as well as processes to assess Human Rights risks in our supply chain. We are also strengthening our ethics reporting programs to allow for better investigations, lessons learned, and remedies.Labour

Optional commentThe nature of OneTrust's operations limit its exposure to Freedom of Association, Forced Labor, Child Labor and Occupational Safety and Health risks. However, we will be vigilant in re-assessing this position as things change over time. We will also include risks associated with our supply chain as well in the future. Though Non-discrimination and Working Conditions are more salient to OneTrust operations, the risks here are also perceived to be low. Our Human Resources group is currently working hard to ensure a safe, inclusive and equitable workplace for all employees. We have established multiple employee resource groups that provide collective guidance and feedback to leadership on important issues to these diverse groups. We have committed internally as an organization to develop a plan for increased diversity across all levels of the organization and we recently conducted a pay equity analysis with a third party to ensure equitable pay among all employees.Environment

We have recently published our environmental policy which establishes our standard for operational resource efficiency and waste minimization. It also establishes our sustainable practices standard for both hosted and non-hosted events. We've committed to set a science-based target and we have also begun work on calculating our environmental footprint. Additionally we are in the process of establishing our broader strategy for environmental sustainability across the entire value chain.Anti-corruption

We already have a robust process in place for employees to report issues anonymously. We also have an employee code of trust which governs employee conduct to include anti-corruption issues. We are currently working on solidifying the process necessary to maintain compliance, monitor performance, investigate issues and provide remedy where necessary.
