The area of human rights is where Creartelia develops most of its policies, both internally and with respect to stakeholders and society. In 2021, Creartelia carried out the following actions in the area of human rights. On March 22 Creartelia made a donation in support of culture, allocating 250 euros for the making of the documentary "Waiting in 2021", which recounts the adaptation of small concert halls to health protocols during the pandemic. The concert was held at the Moby Dick Club on February 28. Ángel Calvo y la Calvand" played in the hall, presenting "Esperando Vol.II". Donation made on March 22nd 2021 SDG 8. On April 27 we made a donation of 800 euros as patronage for a cultural project. We allocated 800 euros for the realization of the magazine "Esto es un cuerpo", a project that combines photography with poetry and carried out by three women. 27 April 2021. SDG 8, 5. On October 1, 2021 an article was published in the press about this good practice, where Creartelia was given as an example of a small company that has been able to integrate the SDGs in its activity and to carry out good business practices. In May, Creartelia designed the reduced report for Medicus Mundi NAM, applying a discount of 40% of the total cost ('147.42). SDG 3, 17. In June Creartelia donated 2,500 euros to the Ámbitos Foundation for the refurbishment of a building for the care of people with mental health and addiction problems. Fundación Ámbitos is a non-profit organization that has several years of experience helping people with mental health problems, and especially young people with addictions in the Community of Madrid. Its large team of professionals is made up of clinical psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists and social educators, who not only attend their patients on a regular basis, but also offer them the possibility of providing them with complete care in supervised apartments and living spaces. In addition, the Ámbitos Foundation is aware that mental health problems are not only limited to the individual, but end up having repercussions on the entire environment, so they are also willing to attend to the family environment. SDG 3, 10, 11, 17. In June we carried out a campaign on social networks, emailing and website for the dissemination of the Global Compact campaign "Decade of Action" and #wesupport the SDGs. SDG 17. Since the end of 2021, Creartelia is lending its premises free of charge as a recording studio to OCA Música, a music video recording and dissemination initiative that publicizes the work of young musicians. SDG 8. In 2021 Creartelia has donated €325 to the non-profit organization Action Against Hunger, and has produced a website for the organization at a reduced cost. SDG 2, 17. Creartelia is working for the project "Salud en familia, Iniciativa Vive", of the Pro CNIC Foundation. Since October 19 Creartelia has been working on an online application aimed at families to educate them about cardiovascular health. It is a classroom with 24 units grouped into 4 blocks. This application will be offered to companies so that they can develop it with their clients or employees. With the development of this project, Creartelia is in line with SDG 3 (Health and well-being) and SDG 17 (Partnerships to achieve the goals). By 2022, Creartelia pledges to continue its commitment to donations and sponsorship. We will continue to work with and for non-profit organizations such as Medicus Mundi, an NGO that carries out health-related projects in developing countries; like Action Against Hunger, which works to guarantee the right to food; like IOM, which assists migrants arriving in Spain in situations of vulnerability; and even like the Global Compact itself in its Spanish initiative, which commissioned us to layout its 2020 report. Often, when we work with these organizations, we offer our services at zero production cost or with significant discounts. We will also continue to donate part of our annual profit, as we have done for the past four years. In 2021 we committed to donate at least 25% of our 2020 profit to social and cultural actions, a goal we have met. In 2022 we will allocate 15% of our 2021 net profit to health, development, poverty eradication, culture, or gender equality projects. Particularly, the dramatic situation in Ukraine has led us already in March 2022 to donate $1,000 to UNOCHA for the care of refugees, something we considered urgent and a priority. With these actions, we hope to contribute in different ways to SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, and 17.Labour

21. Briefly describe practical actions the company has taken during the reporting period and/or plans to take to implement the environment principles, including any challenges faced and actions taken towards prevention and/or remediation.
In December 2022 we have designed a notebook made from recycled paper and a reusable cotton bag to give to customers, collaborators and suppliers. Through these simple gifts we aim to promote the use of sustainable products in our daily life. of sustainable products, in this case, a notebook made from recycled material that has not been made with chlorinated paper, and a reusable bag that helps us avoid the excessive use of plastic. ODS 11, 12, 13. In 2021 Creartelia has met one of its main objectives, to acquire a plug-in hybrid car as a company vehicle. SDGs 7, 9, 11, 12, 13. In December, Creartelia optimized the office waste sorting system to improve the plastic and paper recycling system. SDGS 9, 11, 12, 13. By 2022, we have identified several ways in which we can continue to contribute to environmental sustainability. Firstly, in line with SDG12, we are committed to reducing, recycling and reusing all paper used in the office, as this is the material we use the most in our daily activities. We will therefore try to use as little paper as possible, limiting the number of times we print documents to the minimum necessary. And as we have always done, we will carefully recycle paper and cardboard waste. Secondly, another of the activities where we can commit ourselves to sustainability is our work in the design and production of ephemeral spaces. In this case, we will try to make an indirect commitment to sustainability. In ephemeral spaces, a large amount of materials are used, both for construction and assembly, as well as for packaging. For this reason, and thinking again about SDG12, we can advise and counsel clients to use reusable and recyclable materials, whenever possible and if the project allows it. In addition, we can also try to produce these spaces with materials that are strictly necessary, avoiding waste. Thirdly, we are committed to responsible consumption at every stage of our professional activities. For example, in the acquisition of merchandising and in the contracting of different services from suppliers. In these cases, and as we are already doing, we will demand guarantees and certificates that certify that what we have acquired or contracted has been manufactured using sustainable procedures, that it has used a workforce in decent conditions, or that it uses recycled material. In addition, when contracting suppliers, we will continue to be guided by a very strict code of ethics by which we are committed to rejecting any hint of fraud or corruption in the development of our activities with third parties. All of this is related to SDGs 8 and 12.Anti-corruption

Optional commentNo. Creartelia does not participate in any Collective Action against corruption initiative. However, the fight against corruption is one of our fundamental pillars, as expressly stated in our code of ethics, and as we state in each of our activities.8. Briefly describe practical actions the company has taken during the reporting period and/or plans to take to implement the anti-corruption principle, including any challenges faced and actions taken towards prevention and/or remediation.
The fight against corruption is one of the fundamental pillars of Creartelia, as expressly stated in the code of ethics and, as stated in each of the company's professional activities. Being a small company, the principle of anti-corruption can be easily applied by carefully evaluating each of the business relationships with the various stakeholders. Creartelia takes special care with tax compliance. Creartelia's code of ethics states the following in the point "Transparency, honesty and scrupulous respect for legality": "Undoubtedly, Creartelia's greatest ethical commitment is to regularity. Creartelia has zero tolerance towards any form of fraud, bribery, unfair competition or corruption; in short, towards any type of crime or irregularity that may be detected within the organization, in suppliers, clients, public administration or society in general. All our economic and professional activities are carried out within a framework of justice and strict compliance with the law and respect for the most basic principles of honesty and transparency. In addition, Creartelia is committed to provide perfect information (truthful, updated and complete) about its services, invoicing and income to all its stakeholders".
