In order to better take into account CSR issues in our assignments, a specific analysis grid has been designed. It is filled in each time a bid is submitted to the Group's commitment committee, i.e. for all contracts where the amount of Artelia's fees is equal to or greater than €5 million, or for those involving specific environmental, ethical, financial or legal risks... In addition to the "classic" risk criteria, this grid seeks to define whether the client's project has a potential impact in terms of CSR: impacts on biodiversity and climate change, respect for local cultures, human rights, etc. The aim is to determine what resources our teams will be able to deploy in the context of the assignments entrusted to them by the client, in order to have a positive influence on the risks identified. By 2025, our goal is to subject 100% of our commercial design and site supervision offers to this CSR risk analysis.

Artelia is a member of transparency international. Transparency International is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) working to combat corruption. It regularly publishes worldwide reports on the issue, such as rankings by country, the Corruption Perceptions index by country, and the Global Corruption Barometer. In signing up, Artelia has in particular joined Transparency’s Business Integrity Forum, which works to encourage adoption of the highest standards in terms of transparency and integrity and supports the vision of a “world in which government, politics, business, civil society and the daily lives of people are free of corruption”. Regular discussions are planned in the context of this partnership, with a view to prompting conversations about implementing integrity and transparency policies, sharing good practices, jointly drawing up codes of conduct, etc.
