In a context of increasing exposure to hacking, the Artelia Group has strengthened its security by implementing the Okta Verify application. In 2022, equality between women and men in the workplace is a priority for Artelia. Optional commentIn order to better take into account CSR issues in our assignments, a specific analysis grid has been designed. It is filled in each time a bid is submitted to the Group's commitment committee, i.e. for all contracts where the amount of Artelia's fees is equal to or greater than €5 million, or for those involving specific environmental, ethical, financial or legal risks... In addition to the "classic" risk criteria, this grid seeks to define whether the client's project has a potential impact in terms of CSR: impacts on biodiversity and climate change, respect for local cultures, human rights, etc. The aim is to determine what resources our teams will be able to deploy in the context of the assignments entrusted to them by the client, in order to have a positive influence on the risks identified. By 2025, our goal is to subject 100% of our commercial design and site supervision offers to this CSR risk analysis.3. Artelia has updated its environmental policy to define the actions implemented to achieve a reduction in our greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, we have made a commitment to SBTI by the end of 2021. Our greenhouse gas reduction trajectory should be approved by SBTI during 2023.Anti-corruption
