Hereafter are described some practical actions the company has taken during the reporting period to implement and guarantee the labour rights principles, including any challenges faced and actions taken towards prevention and/or remediation. These actions mainly deal with training and employees wellbeing. Training: - Occupational safety and health: periodic updating for all the employees, with a specific focus on the security personnel, the employers’ safety delegate and the Representative of the Employees for safety in the workplace. - Stress management with a deep focus on stress caused by remote working - Sustainable Performance: it concerns on an experiential training course promoted to help employees to take care of themselves, with relaxation techniques and mindfulness, to mitigate the daily frenzy. - Work-life balance and remote working: managerial program addressed both to office managers and employees, concerning the management of hybrid work teams, trust, feedback management and delegation. - Climate survey: the Company proposes an annual employee survey aiming at monitoring their wellbeing inside the Company (see section “human rights”) Employee’s wellbeing: - Online weekly bio-energy break to mitigate stress and to allow a correct mind-body balance. - Webinars focused on “Fitness and neurons”, aiming at learning to use some relaxation techniques. and developing the cognitive flexibility, namely the ability of implementing different behaviours based on the different tasks the employees must complete. - Individual counselling paths: voluntary individual counselling conducted by an external psychologist offered to help the employees to manage the changes and difficulties due to the Covid pandemic, both on a personal and a professional perspective. - Weekly online Yoga lessons. - Insurance Policy for Covid addressed to employees which contains warranties connected to the eventual hospitalization due to Covid-19. - Medical check-ups carried out by the occupational doctor to monitor the employees’ suitability before they are hired and every two years since their hiring. - Flexible work: part-time, flexible working hours both at the beginning and at the end of the working day - Welfare platform: network of welfare services and wellbeing, conventions for employees. - Management of overtime work Policy: The Company has defined rules for what concerns the overtime working hours in order to guarantee a correct work-life balance. - Influenza vaccine offered by the Company to whom acceded to the initiative.Environment

- The Company has adopted the Group Chart to reduce its environmental footprint. To increase awareness about it, a virtual communication campaign has been conducted with some green ambassador employees. - A mobility manager has been nominated with the mission to define the plan for employee daily commuting and identify actions to reduce the traffic and the air pollution. - The Company is strongly involved in a group project about facing climate change, with tools to be implemented threw its investments, its insurance activity and the company building.Anti-corruption

Migrating the ABC risk mapping on the new Group Risk Mapping; this also helped to identify some gaps that led to the implementation of a remedial plan. Monitoring the remedial plan. Performed an assessment concerning ABC controls in accounting procedures.
