The company is planning on setting policies and step by step plans that work in conjunction with the investigation we make nowadays of the different customers and suppliers to mitigate or avoid completely any and all human rights violations. The company is going to continue to implement the best practices and policies dictated by our headquarters in Sweden. If any injury or accident happens, the affected person and their families will be compensated accordingly. The company will also continue with the fairness of the wages of men in relationship with women. The company, through its Compliance Team, is always on the lookout and investigates potential partners in all projects that it could be involved, so that it does not get involved with anti-corruption. Nevertheless, if something is found beforehand, it is reported to the authorities for further investigation, and the company cuts ties with the suspected person or company.
