We have Indigenous employment targets, cultural awareness training and partner with Indigenous businesses to deliver our projects. We have seen a 300% increase in supplier spend with Indigenous businesses and have increased indigenous employment to 2.3% (from 1.6% base). We have conducted a Diversity & Inclusion Survey for all staff to better identify areas for improvement We have set targets and programs to increase female participation in our business and are currently at 22% (industry average(AUS) is 12%) All employees have a direct line to our MD to raise any concerns and we also have a confidential whistle blower mechanism in place. We have formed a consortium with 4 peer companies to meet our obligations in regards to the Modern Slavery Act(2018) and ate currently in the process of mapping of out high risk segments in our supply chain.Labour

Our organization complies with all Federal and State employment laws. We allow freedom of association and Enterprise bargaining. We have completed an audit of our environmental operations in collabortaion with consultancy and our staff. We have developed a 2022-2030 environment plan with a view of achieving net zero by 2040 and are in the process of improving our measurement and reporting capacity .Anti-corruption
