Per our Supplier Due Diligence, Modern Slavery policy, Croda suppliers are prioritized for due diligence using a risk-based approach, as follows: •Spend – The Croda spend with a supplier is a measure of the depth and scope of thesupplier partnership. •Geography – Croda will use the most current Global Slavery Index (2018) to determine supplier risk. This risk will be assessed based on the supplier corporate office location, the site location used by Croda, and/or the geography where the raw material supply chains originate (country of origin). •Supplier Category – Due to the high importance Croda places on our use of renewable sources of raw materials, all suppliers within these key categories will be subject to these due diligence requirements. Palm oil and palm kernel oil are critical raw materials for Croda. Based on our supplier risk assessment criteria, palm supply chains are classified as high risk based on spend, geography, and supplier category. We there place great attention on 3rd party certification of our upstream palm derivatives and conduct upstream transparencyLabour

Croda recognises that third parties that act on the Company’s behalf, such as agents or distributors, present heightened anti-corruption risk to the organisation. Our ethics and anti-corruption programme provides for risk-based due diligence to be conducted on these third parties prior to engaging such parties as well as controls for the ongoing management of Croda’s relationships with such third parties. In particular, Croda uses certain third party vendors and risk management tools to facilitate its identification and assessment of third party risk. For example, Croda uses Navex to screen service providers and to flag legal, ethical or reputational issues. In addition, the Company requires third parties, such as agents and distributors or parties that interact with government officials in the course of performing services on Croda’s behalf (known as “government interaction third parties”), to complete third party questionnaires and to attend an interview to discuss ethics and anti-corruption issues as part of the Company’s standard on-boarding procedures for such third parties. The Company has issued guidance on third party interview to facilitate such engagement.
