    Da wir kein produzierendes Gewerbe, sondern ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen sind, das Events, Kommunikationskampagnen und Veranstaltungen konzeptioniert und durchführt, sind in diesem Zeitraum keine signifikanten Emissionen angefallen. Wir können an dieser Stelle lediglich einen Schätzwert für unseren Agenturstandort geben: So konnten beispielsweise im Zeitraum März 2021-Mai 2022 durch Home-Office und deutlich eingeschränktes Pendeln von 15 Agenturmitgliedern rund 11 Tonnen Kohlendioxid eingespart werden.

    Bei allen Projekten, die die Produktion von Medien, Ausstattung oder Präsenten beinhalten, beraten wir unsere Kunden, umweltfreundliche und wiederverwendbare Produkte aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen zu verwenden und schlagen diese konkret vor. Hierbei gilt immer: Mietmobiliar versus Neuanschaffungen, Mehrweg immer versus Einweg. Oftmals liefern wir Umweltbilanz-Aufstellungen zur Entscheidungsfinden mit.Ein Beispiel: Beratung und erste Probeläufe mit Gras- und Samenpapier. Unser virtuelles Leistungsportfolio ist State of the Art, daher können viele Veranstaltungen ohne zusätzliche Kosten für Mobilität oder Produktionskosten ausgeführt werde. Unsere Agentur arbeitet maximal umweltfreundlich, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Wiederverwendbarkeit und Umweltfreundlichkeit aller verwendeten Materialien. Bei der Auswahl von Zuliefern achten wir auf deren Leitlinien nachhaltigen Arbeitens.

    Rund 75% der Veranstaltungen, Produktionen und Kommunikationskampagnen fanden im Berichtszeitraum virtuell statt - das reduzierte sowohl die Mobilitätskosten als auch die Produktionskosten von Medien diesen Prozentsatz zum Vergleichszeitraum der Vorjahre bis März 2020. MOBILITÄT: - Fahrgemeinschaften mit Agenturfahrzeugen in Lockdownphasen, 5 Agentur-Mitarbeitende nutzen ausschließlich ÖPNV, 2 Mitarbeitende nutzen ein privates Hybrid- bzw. E-Fahrzeug. 2 weitere Mitarbeitende werden den ÖPNV ab 1. Juni 2022, teils in Kombination mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem 9-Euro-Ticket für den ÖPNV testen, um ggf. langfristig auf den ÖPNV umzusteigen. - - Die 5 Agenturfahrzeuge verbleiben so lange wie möglich im Fahrzeugpool und werden dann nach genauer Bedarfsprüfung gegen ein umweltfreundlicheres Fahrzeug ersetzt. Oder der Fuhrpark wird verkleinert. - Bei unserem 3-tägigen Agentur-Strategieworkshop im Januar 2022 haben wir bewusst auf Flüge verzichtet und sind in drei vollbesetzten Agenturfahrzeugen gereist. RESSOURCENSCHONUNG: - Keine Verwendung von Plastikflaschen in der Agentur und Agenturaktion mit Versand von 500 Gläsern und dem Aufruf, Leitungswasser zu trinken (https://www.agentur-ressmann.de/jeder-tropfen-zaehlt/) -Stromsparende Geräte, wie Laptops, Bildschirme, Drucker etc. - werden über Nacht und die Wochenenden ausgeschaltet. Bei Neuanschaffungen ist die Energieeffizienz eines jeden Geräts, von der Kaffeemaschine bis zu Laptops, Rechnern etc., ausschlaggebend. - Papiersparendes Büro: Wir drucken keinerlei Dokumente aus, die wir nicht wirklich in Papierform benötigen. WIEDERVERWERTBARKEIT / RE- UND UPCYCLING: - Von aufmerksamer Mülltrennung bis zur Tauschbörse in der Agentur über die konsequente Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich des Einsatzes wiederverwendbarer Materialien und Produkten, Mietmöbeln etc.: Wiederverwertbarkeit sowie Re- und Upcycling hat in unserem Tun seit Jahren einen bedeutenden Stellenwert. EINSPARUNG über den gesamten Berichtszeitraum: - Insgesamt konnten wir über virtuelle Veranstaltungen (z. B. entfallende Mobilität der Teilnehmenden, Kunden sowie Agenturteam ), Meetings, Abstimmungen und Homeoffice der Agenturmitarbeitenden rund 300.000 kg CO2 gegenüber den Jahr vor der Pandemie einsparen.

    Wir messen alle an Leistungen, Qualität und Kosten. Auch uns selbst. Angebotsvergleiche, Mehr-Augen-Prinzip und transparente Geschäftsabläufe, präzise Abrechnung nach Originalbelegen und die sofortige Meldepflicht an und die Aufklärung durch die Geschäftsführung sind für uns seit Jahren selbstverständlich. Wir lehnen jede Art von Korruption, einschließlich Bestechung und Erpressung, strikt ab. Es gibt aktuell keinen wirklichen Anlass, einen Mitarbeitenden als Antikorruptionsbeauftragte zu schulen, wie z. B. durch UN Global Compact Sessions. Sollte sich hierzu in den nächsten Monaten oder Jahren ein Anlass ergeben, werden wir diese Maßnahme umgehend realisieren.
