The company has a Human Rights Policy, as well as an Equality Policy to ensure compliance with these rights. One of its goals is to increase the number of women in positions of responsibility. Redexis has an Integrated Policy in which all the principles of environmental care are included. Likewise, there is an Environmental Emergency Plan to cause the least possible damage to the environment, carrying out actions to restore and care for the environment. The Foundation is planting trees and carrying out various environmental care actions. Renewable energy projects are also being developed, such as biomethane or hydrogen, to reduce emissions, while at the same time setting targets for reductions.Anti-corruption
