A Companhia possui um Comitê de Gente, Gestão e Cliente: seis membros que tem como função focar temas, indicadores e principais ações relacionados aos colaboradores, à aplicação da metodologia de gerenciamento de resultados, bem como à apuração financeira, qualitativa e de satisfação dos clientes. Hoje, todos os colaboradores recém-chegados recebem orientações e o Código de Conduta, que deve ser lido e assinado, atestando a concordância com seus conteúdos. O documento prevê uma seção sobre direitos humanos, com diretrizes direcionadas para o combate ao trabalho infantil ou compulsório e a práticas de discriminação. Periodicamente, atualizações sobre o código são realizadas, com testes aplicados para verificar a apreensão de conteúdo. A supervisão sobre as questões relacionadas a sustentabilidade, o que inclui a temática ambiental, é tratada no nível estratégico da Companhia, no âmbito do Comitê de Sustentabilidade. Tendo em vista nosso potencial para promover transformações no mercado, buscamos assumir protagonismo no enfrentamento das mudanças climáticas, congregando esforços de controle das emissões de gases de efeito estufa, medidas de incentivo à eletrificação de frota, sensibilização de nossos clientes sobre o uso de etanol e ações de compensação e neutralização. Em 2021, nos consolidamos como a empresa com a maior frota de carros elétricos do Brasil. Uma de nossas metas é utilização de 100% de energia renovável em nossa matriz energética até 2022. Em 2021, expandimos em nossas lojas o método de lavagem a seco, que gera menos impactos ao meio ambiente, com redução em até 85% no uso de água.Anti-corruption

Nossa agenda de conformidade é disseminada a todos os níveis funcionais por meio do Programa de Conformidade Movida, com ações de capacitação que em 2021 chegaram a 85% de nossos colaboradores, usando plataformas digitais, considerando os treinamentos focados em combate à corrupção. Nos organismos de governança/liderança, o percentual chegou a 93,6%. A meta para o ano era treinarmos 92% do time Movida. Das quatro operações da Movida, 100% foram avaliadas quanto a riscos de corrupção em 2021.
