COMFORT OF LOGISTICS PERSONNEL: - Equipment of preparation trolleys with reading tablets (2nd Quarter 2021), COMFORT OF STAFF IN THE OFFICES: - Implementation at the end of 2021, of a teleworking agreement based on voluntary work to offer each employee a working environment that is as compatible as possible with their family life. For information, in June 2021, the average number of employees working from home was 40% of the workforce (half of which are employees who necessarily work on site in logistics, order preparation and after-sales service). RAISING STAFF AWARENESS OF SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ETHICS : - Drafting of an ethical charter for all employees. The company Holtex / GSH scrupulously follows the French labor laws as well as the terms of our sectoral collective agreement. The employees are represented by the "CSE" which is a body in charge of ensuring that the interests of the employees are taken into account by the employer. The company wishes to reduce pollution, nuisance and waste production related to all its activities. In 2021, the company has: - Dematerialized the calls for tender; - Developed its sales via its online webshop; - Engaged with its customers in an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) process to get a 80% reduction in paper consumption when clients place orders; - Reduced self-promotional printing for packages, and encouraged communication by email; - Raised staff awareness of the need to limit printing; - Recycled ink cartridges, used office equipment parts, shipping and packaging cartons, WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), and coffee capsules; - Consolidated orders to get a 30% reduction of the number of our parcel and pallet shipment; - Worked on more sea or rail sourcing versus air or road to reduce CO2 emissions (evaluation in progress) - Strengthened its collaborations with European manufacturers (+18% in volume of purchases) thus allowing to import less products from Asia - Worked on the design of 2 new product lines (launch in 2022) professional clothing and medical bags from recycled materialsAnti-corruption
