Green Family a à coeur de créer un climat de bienveillance et de confiance avec toutes ses parties prenantes : nos 34 salariés, notre vingtaine de fournisseurs, nos clients, ainsi que tous nos consommateurs & consommatrices. Pour cela, le respect des droits humains dans toutes nos relations d'affaires est primordial. Il est encadré par une charte éhtique et une charte d'achats responsables, ainsi que par des process internes pour le respect de tous. Nos contrats d'affaires exigent ce même niveau de traitement. En 2021, nous avons travaillé avec un partenaire afin de gagner le déploiement gratuit de nos serviettes hygièniques dans tous les Crous. La lutte contre la précarité menstruelle est un de nos combats. Nous travaillons aussi depuis le début des discussions sur la formalisation d'un cadre clair pour la sécurité des produits menstruels (comme nous l'avions fait pour les couches). Et parallèlement nous réalisons des dons réguliers à différentes associations, notamment à l'ADSF qui vient en aident aux femmes en situation de grande exclusion.Labour

Green Family c’est avant tout une PME familiale française créée par deux parents. L’équipe s’est construite petit à petit pour atteindre aujourd’hui 34 personnes. Au quotidien, l’humain est primordial : on pourrait comparer notre équipe à une famille où tout le monde s’engage ensemble dans les mêmes combats : c'est une belle aventure collective ! Les droits de chacun sont donc au coeur de nos préoccupation. Nous avons choisi par exemple de privilégier les CDI, et d'accompagner des stagiaires et alternants. En 2020, dans une logique de partage du succès mais aussi de fidélisation de nos salariés, nous avons mis en place l’actionnariat salarié universel. Ainsi, tous nos salariés en CDI temps plein ayant au minimum un an d’ancienneté, sans distinction de statut, sont devenus automatiquement détenteurs d’actions gratuites. Par ailleurs, nous leur avons offert la possibilité de souscrire une part du capital de Green Family, à travers l’émission de BSPCE. Parallèlement, nous avons les mêmes exigences pour nos fournisseurs, qui sont encadrées par une charte éthique, une charte achats responsables, ainsi que d'un contrat.Environment

Overall Environment

Green Family se bat au quotidien pour proposer des alternatives plus naturelles dans les produits d’hygiène. Depuis 2011, l’un des combats de la marque est de lutter contre l’omniprésence du plastique et de la pétrochimie dans l’hygiène destinée aux tout-petits. En commençant par les couches, le combat s’est étendu avec les produits de toilette et les lingettes. Depuis 2017, le combat est le même pour les femmes avec l’arrivée d’une gamme d’hygiène féminine plus saine et plus naturelle. Dans le but de toujours allez plus loin dans nos pratiques, en 2021 nous avons réalisé une ACV ciblée carbone pour nos couches, nos serviettes hygiéniques et nos protèges lingeries. Nous avons structuré une démarche bas carbone autour des 4 étapes clés suivantes : mesurer, limiter, réduire, compenser; notre but étant de toujours plus réduire notre impact grâce à des innovations responsables et des partenariats engagés.Anti-corruption

Nous avons déjà intégré ces principes dans notre charte éthique, ainsi qu'en imposant un politique de cadeau & invitation à tous nos collaborateurs.
