AI Engineers is committed to providing a discrimination-free workplace, preserving human rights and therefore, establishes and enforces policies prohibiting abuses. Employee handbook contains details of code of conduct with disciplinary actions in case of non-compliance. All employees are responsible for conducting themselves in a professional manner that respects others. Any behaviour or action that is unlawfully hostile, intimidating, offensive, disruptive or harassing in nature based on any applicable legally protected status is prohibited. We are an Consultancy firm so we do not have Trade/Labour Unions. Our Clients where informed about Forced and Child Labour exploitation in the region. Clients collaborated in our combat against these and ensured that none of the Contractors on our Projects is using forced or child labour. Also, our team at site ensure that underage hiring or discrimination with labour by Contractor does not occur.Environment

AI Engineers is prime consultant for project of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) with National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) for the Mapping of Water Supply Services and Quality for entire District Thatta, in the province of Sindh under Water Aid, funded Sustainable WASH (Sus WASH). Our scope included analysis of the existing status of all households and public water supply schemes in all 41 UCs of district Thatta. We also provide our Clients with details of Green Building and assist them in getting such type of certifications (LEED or EDGE). This indirectly contributes towards combating against Climate Change. We are involved in couple of projects related to Tourism in KPK Mountain region where we along with Consortium partners carried out IEE & Environmental studies to mitigate such environmental hazards. We also participated in the bidding process of Ministry of Climate Change project of establishment of botanical garden; part of "Ten Billion Tree Tsunami Programme". In future, we plan to get involved in more projects which contribute towards betterment of environment.Anti-corruption
