Durante la elaboración del presente informe la organización presentó un protocolo sobre la PREVENCIÓN, PROTECCIÓN Y ASISTENCIA DE LA VIOLENCIA Y EL ACOSO LABORAL Y/O SEXUAL. El objetivo de este Protocolo es establecer de manera clara los estándares de respeto y dignidad que se promueven para las relaciones interpersonales dentro del Grupo y generar un procedimiento que ofrezca un ámbito de contención, orientación, atención y resolución de las situaciones de violencias y acoso laboral y/o sexual. Conversación con la Gerencia General Al menos dos veces al año, la Gerencia General del diario realiza encuentros con los colaboradores con el fin de promover el diálogo y el intercambio de ideas. Este espacio tiene la finalidad de fortalecer el compromiso de todos los colaboradores y dar respuesta desde la Gerencia General a todas las inquietudes de la comunidad de La Voz del Interior. Unos días previos al evento, se habilita un buzón anónimo en donde los colaboradores pueden dejar sus sugerencias y consultas. Las mismas son derivadas a la autoridad máxima para luego compartirse durante el encuentro, dar respuesta a cada una de ellas y a las que surjan en ese momento. Durante 2021, y comienzos de 2022, también se realizaron capacitaciones, talleres o webinarios en todos los niveles sobre diversidad, inclusión, salud, higiene, etc. En este informe compartimos el protocolo sobre: Política de prevención, protección y asistencia de la violencia y el acoso laboral y/o sexual. En relación a la equidad de género, una de las políticas para destacar es incrementar el cupo femenino dentro de las posiciones de jerarquía. Incentivando la participación de las mujeres ante las distintas vacantes que puedan producirse internamente permitiendo la promoción y el desarrollo dentro de la empresa. Permanentemente se revisan las condiciones laborales con el objetivo de identificar mejoras continuas.Environment

Durante 2021 y comienzos de 2022 se realizaron capacitaciones, talleres o webinarios en todos los niveles sobre diversidad, inclusión, salud e higiene, entre otros. En este informe compartimos el protocolo sobre: Política de prevención, protección y asistencia de la violencia y el acoso laboral y/o sexual. En relación a la equidad de género, una de las políticas para destacar es incrementar el cupo femenino dentro de las posiciones de jerarquía. Incentivando la participación de las mujeres ante las distintas vacantes que puedan producirse internamente, permitiendo la promoción y el desarrollo dentro de la empresa. Permanentemente se revisan las condiciones laborales con el objetivo de identificar posibilidades de mejoras.
