We are monitoring about related Human Rights issue through our risk management system, furthermore we are providing the training including human rights. In order to maintain and promote the health of employees, monthly discussions are held on measures to prevent physical and mental health and health impairment of employees in the Hygiene Committee. We have established an internal inquiry counter for all executives and employees as well as our business partners in order to receive consultations and reports regarding violations of laws and regulations, information management violations, various types of harassment, human rights, and the working environment. In addition, we are monitoring employee working hours and control long working hours for the decent work of employees. We have developed an action plan on rights of women for the period from April 2022 to March 2027.Environment

We and both investment corporation stablished long and mid-team CO2 emissions reduction targets toward realization of carbon neutrality by 2050. Each investment corporation implement environmentally friendly and energy-saving measures and makes efforts toward more efficient energy use for the properties held by each investment corporation, such as switching to electricity derived from renewable energy, using solar power.Anti-corruption

We operate a check system for anti-corruption. In addition, we have established an in-house contact point for all executives and employees as well as our business partners in order to receive consultations and reports regarding violations of laws and regulations.
