    We have a human rights charter in which we defend our values on child and youth labor, forced labor, health and safety, decent working conditions, freedom of association, discrimination, psychological and sexual harassment and value chain practices. Here are the objectives on the CSR part: Provide a framework that promotes staff well-being and monitor its evolution, train Egg employees on sustainability, ensure well-being and inclusion in our practices, secure economic performance and organization, guaranteeing procurement performance by implementing responsible purchasing, engage the entire EGG ecosystem, integrate eco-design of our events from the project briefing, limit and manage waste, use carbon footprint to reduce the impact of physical, hybrid or digital events. We also have a charter dedicated to our commitments against corruption.

    After having noticed a security flaw in our computer system (the IT department being able to take control of the employees' computers remotely without their agreement), we added a security feature obliging the employee to accept this control before the IT department could intervene on the employee's computer remotely

    In 2021 we have redesigned our human rights charter to make it more relevant to our core business. We show our commitments widely. We communicate on our social networks on certain human rights issues (e.g. publication for international women's day on our social networks); we are also building two schools in Zimbabwe as part of the EGG Foundation; EGG employees had to answer a questionnaire on quality of life at work, etc... But we have not encountered any human rights issues this year.

    We have set up a social climate survey for our employees concerning their feelings about the quality of life at work. To thank all the employees who have participated to a big event, we have organized an evening activity and dinner for them in Lisbon. We also made a donation to "Jogg dans ta ville", a solidarity race.

    We carry out the carbon footprint of all our events with more than 20 participants in physical and 50 participants in virtual. We propose to our clients to compensate the tonnage of CO2 emitted by the event in euros, which they can donate to the Good Planet Foundation (our partner) or to the association of their choice. We have also set up a CSR questionnaire that allows project managers to calculate if their event is responsible or eco-designed. We have also changed our way of sorting waste by signing a contract with ELISE, a company working with ESAT.

    We carry out carbon footprint in order to warn our clients and to given them the possibility to compensate their emissions in money. We are doing the carbon footprint monitoring for all physical events with more than 20 people and for virtual events with more than 50 people.     21. Briefly describe practical actions the company has taken during the reporting period and/or plans to take to implement the environment principles, including any challenges faced and actions taken towards prevention and/or remediation.

    In 2021 we have conduct the ISO 20121 certification with the mobilization of the entire EGG team. We have set up our Responsible Management system, define our priority issue, set up our objectif and KPI, created our action plan to achieve our objectives. We had to carry out several actions concerning social, economic and environmental issues. We filled out the Ecovadis evaluation and we were rated silver. We also took part in the World Clean Up day internally, all our employees participated. The #NettoieTonKm challenge was also taken up by our employees. Each employee cleaned up one kilometer around their home. We also signed a contract with Planète Urgence. The implementation of a sustainable development commercial offer has been set up in 2021 with our customers, and we give the carbon footprint on each events mandatory.
