Eine gesetzeskonforme, werteorientierte und ressourcenschonende Geschäftspolitik bildet die Basis für unseren langfristigen und nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg. Wir bekennen uns zur Achtung der Menschenrechte auf Basis international akzeptierter Normen, wie der Allgemeinen Erklärung der Menschenrechte, dem Internationalen Pakt über bürgerliche und politische Rechte, dem Internationalen Pakt über wirtschaftliche, soziale und kulturelle Rechte sowie der Kernarbeitsnormen der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (ILO). Als Unternehmen mit Sitz in Deutschland beachten wir zudem die Leitsätze für multinationale Unternehmen der Organisation für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (OECD) und orientieren uns an den Leitprinzipien für Wirtschaft und Menschenrechte der Vereinten Nationen. Damit leistet die SCHARR-Unternehmensgruppe in ihrem Einflussbereich einen Beitrag zur Förderung und Achtung der Menschenrechte. Um unserer Haltung und Überzeugung Ausdruck zu verleihen, haben wir unsere Standpunkte in Grundsätzen und Leitsätzen dokumentiert. Die Inhalte unserer Unternehmensgrundsätze, Führungsleitsätze und HSE-Leitsätze werden von unseren Mitarbeitern, von der Geschäftsleitung und den Gesellschaftern aus Überzeugung gelebt. Wir distanzieren uns nachdrücklich von jeglicher Art der Verletzungen von Menschenrechten, wie Diskriminierung, Gewaltanwendung und Ausbeutung. Diese eindeutige Positionierung erwarten wir auch von unseren Geschäftspartnern. Die Gleichbehandlung unserer Mitarbeiter ist uns sehr wichtig. Aus diesem Grund haben wir ein Merkblatt zum Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetz im Intranet veröffentlicht und informieren darüber bei jedem Einstellungsgespräch.     Die SCHARR-Gruppe ist aus Überzeugung und aus Tradition ein inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen, in dem leistungsbereite Menschen auf Basis gegenseitiger Wertschätzung arbeiten, um langfristig gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein. Dabei sind unsere Mitarbeiter neben unseren Kunden unser wichtigstes Kapital. Wir fordern von unseren Mitarbeitern Eigeninitiative, Leistungsbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.     Seit März 2019 sind wir Unterzeichner des Bündnisses für Luftreinhaltung. Das Bündnis wurde Anfang 2019 ins Leben gerufen, um die Luftqualität in Stuttgart kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Als Mitglied im Bündnis verpflichten wir uns, durch eigene Maßnahmen die Emissionen und Immissionen in der Landeshauptstadt zu senken. Im Zuge dessen hat SCHARR ein modernes und nachhaltiges Mobilitätskonzept für das Unternehmen und seine Mitarbeiter entwickelt. Als Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt Handel bietet der Kraftstoffverbrauch die größte Handlungsmöglichkeit in Bezug auf die Luftverschmutzung. Unser Ziel ist es deshalb den Kraftstoffverbrauch so gering wie möglich zu halten und zusätzlich den Umstieg von Verbrennern zu BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) voranzutreiben.

    Als Energie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen verbinden wir eine nachhaltige Entwicklung mit Innovation und Zukunftsfähigkeit. Wir sehen einen direkten Zusammenhang zwischen Klimaschutz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Daher wirken wir negativen Umweltauswirkungen aktiv entgegen und schauen seit Jahren kritisch auf unseren Ressourcenverbrauch und CO2-Ausstoß. Der Klimaschutz ist im Unternehmen somit fest verankert. Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten: Optimierung Beschaffungswege, eigener Fuhrpark mit Flottenmanagementsystem, effiziente Disposition und enges Tanklagernetz, Berufskraftfahrer-Bonussystem für vorrausschauendes Fahren, Einsatz Ökostrom, Erhöhung Eigenstromerzeugung, vermehrter Einsatz von E- und Hybrid-Firmenfahrzeugen, zertifiziertes Nahwärmenetz, Zentralisierung Druckluftanlagen, energieeffiziente/r Neubau & Modernisierung, Mobilitätskonzept für Mitarbeiter, Umweltschulung unserer Mitarbeiter, Monitoring und Analyse der Energie- und Wärme-Verbräuche, Ermittlung CO2-Fußabdruck und Kompensation, Energieaudit Auch zukünftig wird es ein wichtiges Unternehmensziel sein, die Treibhausgasemissionen zu reduzieren bzw. zu kompensieren, die Energieeffizienz zu steigern sowie den Einsatz von erneuerbaren Energien an den Standorten zu erhöhen.

Den Markt und seine Veränderungen sehen wir als Verkaufschance und handeln stets lösungsorientiert. Wir erachten es als selbstverständlich, Korruption zu verhindern, aufzudecken und zu sanktionieren – durch Ehrlichkeit und Transparenz auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
