2021 was the year when we introduced Solita’s sustainability plan, and as part of it, launched diversity and inclusion training for all People Leads (i.e. team leaders) and people in other similar roles. At Solita, we’re all different but equal, and each one of us is responsible for making Solita a place where everyone feels welcome. In 2022 we’ll extend the diversity and inclusion discussions to all Solitans so that we all have an opportunity to know more about diversity and inclusion and to discuss the topic within our teams. In the facilitated team discussions, we’ll go through the key concepts related to diversity and inclusion, and use real-life case examples and personal reflection for recognizing our own biases, and thinking of ways how we can act in an inclusive way in daily life. Since October 2021, we have a separate Partner Code of Conduct in place which our subcontracting partners need to commit to in order to work for us.Environment
