When we find inequities in our pay practices, we make the requisite adjustments. Each year we report our findings to our Board of Directors. We are proud to share the progress that we have made. While we are proud of this relative parity, we are by no means satisfied. We know that pay gaps constantly fluctuate for many reasons including changes to our business and employee movement in and out of the organization.
