De ce fait, la gouvernance globale est portée par le siège italien. Cependant, il est donné une certaine autonomie à la succursale française dans le déploiement de la politique RSE, liée aux spécificités des activités menées en France. C'est pourquoi G.C.F. France adhère au relais local officiel du Global Compact des Nations Unies en France. La liberté d'association et le droit de négociation collective sont assurées par le droit français et dans le cadre du CSE. Le règlement Intérieur fait référence aux dispositions du code du travail français relatives aux discriminations (art. L.1132-1 du code du travail). Concernant la santé et la sécurité de nos salariés, l'évaluation des risques professionnels est mise à jour chaque année à travers l'élaboration du Document Unique. La liberté d'association et le droit de négociation collective sont assurées par le droit français et dans le cadre du CSE (6 réunions annuelles). Le règlement Intérieur fait référence aux dispositions du code du travail français relatives aux discriminations (art. L.1132-1 du code du travail). Concernant la santé et la sécurité de nos salariés, l'évaluation des risques professionnels est mise à jour chaque année à travers l'élaboration du Document Unique. De plus, le point en matière de santé, sécurité e conditions de travail est fait pendant le 4 réunions annuelles sur 6 du CSE avec la présence du médecin du travail. Un audit juridique interne a été mené afin d'évaluer nos pratiques et corriger nos écarts éventuels.Environment
