1. As the freedom expression is very important to Tegeta holding, the company has created special "box of ideas", where every employee can put their suggestions or recommendations. The collected letters are being considered quarterly. 2. The company is conducting special employee satisfaction questionnaire, to work on the human rights. 3. In addition to rights of migrants, the company has begun helping migrants (currently Ukrainian refugees) to start their job in Tegeta Motors. We have already hired 2 Ukrainins on board. 4. Mandatory health insurance for those employees, who work under the endangered circumstances 5. Maternity leave covering 6 months and additional one hour for breast feeding 6. Equal pay for men and women on the same working levels 7. For education rights, the company provides free special courses for everybody and specifically encourages girls and women to take part in it.Labour
