A stable labor relationship is an important condition for the sustainable development of an enterprise. Leverage has always been committed to protecting employees' labor rights and interests. At the same time, Leverage attaches great importance to the diversity and inclusiveness of the enterprise, and is committed to building a diverse team to better stimulate the innovation and vitality of the enterprise, and to better understand the needs of customers, so as to be able to serve customers well. As a supply chain management company, we not only carry out sustainable procurement from our own level, establish policies and implement them into actions. At the same time, we focus our on the development of green supply chains, providing related training, consulting and solutions. Leverage promotes upstream and downstream stakeholders to practice sustainable procurement through its influence in the supply chain, jointly create a more transparent, reliable and clean supply chain environment, and help stakeholders achieve sustainable development. Leverage is a member of the United Nations Global Compact, a member of the “One Belt One Road” Certification Information Service Platform, a member of the Life Cycle Green Management Professional Committee, a member of UNEP Life Cycle Initiative, and also a Certification Institution of CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration of the P.R.C). We provide customers with carbon neutrality related services, such as green supply chain evaluation, organization GHG emission verification, carbon disclosure counseling, carbon neutral strategy consulting, etc. Since 2017, Leverage has been benchmarking some of the SDGs goals with full participation, mobilizing the influence of individuals and enterprises, driving related stakeholders. In response to the carbon neutrality goal, Leverage launched a carbon neutrality action, formed an internal professional team to verify our greenhouse gas emissions. In 2021, Leverage's total carbon emissions approximately equal to 20.17 tons. In 2022, Leverage will strive to reduce carbon emissions and contribute to sustainable development. On Earth Day, April 22, 2022, Leverage solemnly promises to the public: -From 2026, we will achieve carbon neutrality of operational emissions (Scope 1 and 2); -Achieve carbon peak in 2028; -Achieve net zero emissions by 2030 (Scopes 1, 2 and 3); -We will disclose carbon neutrality progress regularly. Leverage benchmark the Sustainable Development Goals, participate in many aspects of SDGs, such as good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, reduce inequalityies, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, and climate action, etc. Leverage has been committed to working with stakeholders to promote the sustainable development of the supply chain and advocates to jointly build a green supply chain. Leverage also benchmarks the sustainable development goals, actively discloses the company's carbon emission data, advocates green and low-carbon operations, and encourages employees to pay attention to energy conservation and emission reduction in their daily lives , striving to achieve carbon neutrality.Anti-corruption

A good business ethics environment is important for the growth of enterprises. As a member of the United Nations Global Compact, Leverage has always abide by the United Nations anti-corruption principles, and has also signed the “Anti-corruption Call to Action”, we always adhere to the code of conduct of integrity and integrity, do not tolerate fraudulent behavior, and promote corporate compliance management and development with compliance policy. From business compliance refinement, to the construction of a Integrity system, to risk warning mechanism, Leverage has not forgotten our original intention on the road of advocating integrity and maintaining a business environment. In September 2021, the General Manager of Leverage passed the Certified Anti-Fraud Professional exam to become an International Registered Anti-Fraud Professional, and he also joined the Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance. Under Aron's leadership, Leverage will adhere to the principles of transparency, integrity and responsibility to provide customers with better services. Leverage has appointed a special person to be responsible for the investigation and training of integrity incidents. At the same time, Leverage has established a fairness, impartiality, and compliance management committee composed of an internal management team and external stakeholders. It regularly evaluates and supervises the company's compliance operations.
