Kolb strictly complies with all applicable laws and regulations on labour standards at our production sites in Switzerland and The Netherlands. Our “Sustainability Policy Statement for Kolb Group” determines our company values in terms of employment and is complemented by several topic-specific policies, such as the “Code of Business Conduct for Kolb Employees” and the “Code of Business Conduct for Kolb Suppliers” both dealing with aspects of labour standards. - The definition and revision of sustainable raw material inputs was addressed in the SDG Ambition Accelerator 2021. A code of conduct for suppliers and employees are in place and they contain many aspects to mitigate the risks of corruption and bribery within the value chain. Furthermore, different internal control system with financial and non-financial control points are in place. Regular updates and training of our staff on anti-corruption and anti-bribery have already taken place and will be further developed. ISO 37001 certification is in progress.
