MNG Airlines does business in accordance with ethics principles and carries out its activities in a way that minimizes the risks in labour matters. MNG Airlines does not employ child labour or forced labour. Our company tries to raise awareness of our employees in order to strengthen occupational health & safety (OHS) awareness and culture. In this context, our company provides OHS trainings and personal protective equipment to employees. OHS risks are identified and monitored regularly. In addition, an occupational safety committee has been established and risks related to Occupational Health & Safety are reviewed in this committee. Also, in our facilities, necessary measures are taken to protect our stakeholders’ health and Safety in accordance with international & national regulations.Environment

MNG Airlines has been certified for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System on 5 August 2022. Environmental risks regarding our operations are defined, mitigated where required and are being monitored periodically. Performance metrics for Environmental Management System are also defined and are being followed-up from the beginning of 2022. Environmental Policy has been prepared and distributed for all our personnel and also it’s published on our website (https://www.mngairlines.com). Environmental Management System is supported by senior management and the first management review meeting is conducted in June 2022.Anti-corruption

MNG Airlines have zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. Our company has published and implemented the Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy applicable to all our employees and stakeholders. MNG Airlines Business Ethics and the Code of Conduct document has been prepared to guide our employees to take an approach in line with company values, and this document has been distributed to all our employees. In addition, MNG Airlines Business Ethics and the Code of Conduct are made available to all our stakeholders on our company's website (www.mngairlines.com). Additionally, MNG Airlines has "Sanction Compliance Procedure" and "Know Your Customer & Customer Due Diligence Procedure" in place to support Anti-Corruption Process.
