We have a Leadership subcommittee focused on employee attrition rates and other matters raised by employees; an annual Great Places To Work survey, which results in action items for improving the workplace; an Ambassador Program with representatives from each internal team, which meets monthly and serves as a critical voice and connector between company leadership and employees to identify actionable opportunity areas and implement employee-led programs to solve them; quarterly pulse surveys that go out to all employees; and quarterly Town Hall meetings wherein employees have the opportunity to ask senior leadership any questions they want.Environment

The company took steps to hire a Director of Sustainability and Social Impact; our product and company's reason for being exists to meet climate adaptive/mitigative food production strategies; we performed and published our first life cycle assessment with plans to continue using this means of analysis to track our environmental impact.Anti-corruption
