In practical terms, our sustainability strategy spurred the ever wider adoption of low-emission vehicles, the opening of urban depots, investment in recycled packaging and the development of our Air Quality Monitoring Programme. We are also reducing the incidence of failed deliveries with our Predict notification service. As the cornerstone of long-distance delivery, linehaul presents particular challenges when attempting to combine sustainability with efficiency and cost management. There are few mature low-emission vehicle solutions and the solutions that are available are expensive.Anti-corruption

Compliance governance within GeoPost/DPDgroup has been rewied and reinforced both at central level and local level with the appointments of referents in charge of anti-corruption and Ethics Officers within all BUs, deployment of anti-corruption measures have been reinforced with, as examples, a Gifts Policy and a Prevention and Management of Conflicts of Interests Policy. DPDgoup also defined a new Code of conduct applicable within the whole company.
