    Development of policies and procedures related to gender equality, non-discrimination by age, gender, religion and political believes, skin color and nacionality. In support of SDG 3, FS group provides periodic webinars given by health professionals to employees to care physical and mental health. It is planned to give training to all employees related to gender equality in 2022.
