Even though we had to face the challenges and risks of the Epidemy due to Coronavirus -19, we tried to preserve all our essencial workers, it has been very hard because sales have droped almost to the half of the budget, but we are still mantaining our compromise with our customers and workers.Labour

Optional commentYes, we adhere with Global Compact principles. Also our providers and our company agree with anti corruption battle. And locally we are parte of an asociation wich also is against corruption practices. We have developed anti corruption policy, and believe on good comercial practices.8. Every year we recieve trainings from our providers, and also train our employees. We have developed educational programs for our customers. The main challenges we face in Ecuador are related to bad companies involved in corruption scandals in the public sector, wich are been prosecuted by the Ecuadorean authorities.
