100% of our cotton consumption is GOTS and OCS certified organic cotton. By doing so, we avoid child labor and forced labor through our value chain and ensure proper working conditions. We successfully pass the Fair Wear Foundation's yearly audits, an international verification initiative dedicated to enhancing workers’ lives worldwide. Although we have not taken any action yet, we are still in communication with an organization - KEP, a women empowerment NGO dedicated to uplifting disadvantaged groups, for the employment of refugee women in our area. As a part of our continuous support to the community, we sponsored the BODRUM HALF MARATHON in 2021. Also, we sponsored Tuna Tunca, who became the First Athlete with Autism to Swim Between Turkey and Greece.Labour

Overall Environment

- 100% of our cotton usage is certified organic cotton that has no harm to the soil, water, and farmer's health. - We use recycled synthetic materials to avoid raw material usage, save energy and reduce our carbon footprint. - All our materials are animal-free. - We source locally to avoid unnecessary carbon emissions through transportation. - As a part of our climate goals, we erase the carbon footprint of our vehicles by planting saplings. The calculations are made with the help of Carbon Meter available on the website of the Aegean Forest Foundation. - Since 2014, every year in April, we celebrate the coming of spring with our traditional Orimpex picnic and plant 1,000 trees in our hometown Izmir, together with the Aegean Forest Foundation to express our gratitude to nature. - We built solar panels on the roof of our factory and started to produce our operational electricity. No corruption occurred in 2021. We have a Code of Conduct which includes International Principles and Legal Compliance, Labor Standards, Environment, and Anti-Corruption sections. It provides a clear path for our employees to follow when they feel our COC has not been met. All our employees can anonymously raise their concerns about human rights, labor rights, the environment, and anti-corruption through the form on our website.
