    Trabajo Infantil: Para el año 2021, nuestro indicador de contratación infantil (<18 años) en la operación fue de 0. Tuvimos una contratación de aprendizaje a un joven (entre 15 y 17 años) con su autorización legal correspondiente, y no estuvo expuesto a actividades peligrosas de acuerdo a lo definido por la legislación local. Trabajo forzoso: En VILASECA contamos con el Comité de Convivencia Laboral, COPASST y líneas de atención y buzones de sugerencias como mecanismos para atender y recibir potenciales condiciones de trabajo forzoso. Para el año 2021 no se reciben reportes relacionados con actividades de Trabajo Forzoso. En el indicador interno de reportes asociados a: retención de documentos, obligación de depósitos y obligación bajo amenaza de trabajar horas adicionales a las acordadas, tuvimos 0 casos. No discriminación en materia de empleo y ocupación: En VILASECA contamos con el Comité de Convivencia Laboral, COPASST y líneas de atención y buzones de sugerencias como mecanismos para atender y recibir potenciales condiciones de discriminación en el trabajo. Para el año 2021 no se reciben reportes relacionados con discriminación. Como soporte de respeto por la diversidad e igualdad de oportunidades se manejaron los sigueintes indicadores en 2021: 1. Como algunos de los indicadores de igualdad que manejamos esta % de sexo, el cual es tuvo 57,4% (Femenino), 39,5% (Masculino), 3,1% (No se identifica con los anteriores). En edades <30 (35,2%), 31-40 (35,1%), 41-50 (19,8%), >50 (9,3%). Seguridad y Salud: En VILASECA contamos con un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo implementado, el cual presentó un nivel de 69,75%, del cual se generó un plan de trabajo. El 100% de los trabajadores estan incluidos en el Sistema (162 colaboradores). En 2021 tuvimos cero fallecimientos por lesiones, cero lesiones graves, y 26 accidentes de trabajo y 51 incidentes presentados, registrados para gestionar y mitigar. Con respecto a enfermedaes laborales, tuvimos cero fallecimientos por enfermedades laborales, a 2021 se tienen 5 casos de dolencias laborales registradas. Finalmente en 2021, se brindaron 291 horas de formación en temáticas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Condiciones de trabajo. En Vilaseca Contamos con un Código de Conducta y un Reglamento Interno de Trabajo mediante el cual se establecen los lineamientos a cumplir con todos los colaboradores. Se tiene definido un Plan de Beneficios a trabajadores que incluye (Ofrecimiento de Cooperativa, cubrimiento poliza de seguro de vida, plan Emermédica en el trabajo, actividades especiales en fechas como el dia de la madre, beneficios en el día de cumpleaños), adicionalmente se tiene establecido un esquema salarial de acuerdo al cargo, el perfil y la antiguedad el cual tiene como objetivo dar una retribucióin justa y equitativa al personal. Se tiene un plan de inspecciones locativas y de condiciones de trabajo anuales. En Vilaseca se tiene un ottal de personal directo con VILASECA 98, y 68 indirectos. Se tiene un indicador de control de horas extra que busca garantizar condiciones de trabajo adecuadas, para el 2021 se obtuvo un valor de 1,6% de horas extra por fuera de las planificadas.

    Para el periodo 2021, en VILASECA realizamos los controles y seguimientos a vertimientos, emisiones atmosféricas, montoreos de consumo de agua y gestión de Residuos Sólidos, entramos a participar en el programa ambiental del distrito y en el programa Postconsumo. Nos certificamos en ISO 14001:2015 en el periodo. Se ejecutaron planes de formación y sensibilización a todos los colaboradores, y avanzamos en linea base del acuerdo Cero Deforestación.
