In general, marcapo GmbH endeavors to continuously reduce the company's energy and resource consumption per capita, even with an increasing number of employees. Economical use of energy and resources is supported by training and organizational measures. Consistent compliance with all legal regulations is a matter of course. In the case of marcapo GmbH, the proper disposal of hazardous waste (printer cartridges, computer hardware) should be mentioned here. Environmental protection is a task for all employees of marcapo GmbH. As part of the company suggestion scheme (“marcapo goes green”), management consciously encourages direct participation by colleagues. For marcapo GmbH, these form the basis of its economic activities and dealings with internal and external stakeholders. All employees of marcapo GmbH are treated equally, regardless of their gender, age, nationality, religion and sexual orientation, and receive performance-based remuneration. This is checked annually as part of the employee development talks that take place twice a year and adjusted accordingly if necessary. The corporate values stand for this demand on ourselves, in particular developing potential (academy), developing an attitude and living in community. As a socially responsible employer, marcapo GmbH speaks out against any kind of child and forced labor as well as discrimination. By joining the UN Global Compact in March 2017, we published our position on human rights and labor standards and committed ourselves to unrestricted recognition of these standards. marcapo GmbH is a service provider specializing in the development and operation of online portals for local brand management and local marketing, as well as a retailer of a wide variety of advertising materials and media services.
