Uppförandekoden för medarbetare och leverantörer sätter upp ramverket för hur Diös ska agera samt vilka förväntningar vi har på aktörer i leverantörsled. Diös utgår ifrån svensk och europeisk lagstiftning gällande arbetsmiljö och digital integritet. Diös tre fokusområden är Miljö och klimat, Människor samt Schyssta affärer. Inom ramen för dessa sätts bolagsmål samt uppföljningsmål för att säkerställa en långsiktigt och hållbar affär. Under 2022 gjordes ett stort arbete med klimat- och sårbarhetsanalyser samt återrapportering mot TCFD, EU:s taxonomi samt det uppdaterade GRI Standards 2021. Detta arbete kommer fortsätta framöver och linjera mot kommande CSRD-rapportering. Intern utbildning och att bygga kompetens genom extern expertis kommer vara viktiga frågor framöver där nuvarande målsättningar kommer skärpas - exempelvis genom EU-krav - men även för att skapa underlag och rapportmöjligheter inom områden där datatäckningen idag är bristfällig. Samverkan och samarbeten med branschinitiativ och lokala organisationer samt nätverk skapar bättre förutsättningar och möjligheter för omsättning och måluppfyllnad.
